The cost of our handyman services can vary depending on the specific tasks being performed and the location of the job. We offer both hourly rates and flat fee services depending on the task. Our minimum job is $125 and we work best with "honey-do lists" of multiple tasks that need to be completed. Once we can get an idea of what you need help with, we can clarify the pricing of the work involved. For larger projects, we will provide a proposal/estimate upfront for your review and approval before beginning the project.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, which is why we’re fully insured with liability insurance to cover any damages that might occur during our work. We understand that different towns have different requirements for licensing, bonding, and insurance, and we do our best to make sure we comply with all applicable laws and regulations. While we don’t hold any trade-specific licenses ourselves, we’re happy to refer you to a reputable plumbing or HVAC company for any work that requires licensing, bonding, and permitting in your municipality. The majority of the work we perform could be completed by a homeowner with the right tools and experience. If you have any concerns about the scope of work we’re able to handle, please don’t hesitate to ask – we’re here to help in any way we can. 

As a handyman service, we specialize in a wide range of tasks and repairs. However, there are a few types of work that we don’t offer. These include:
 
Large-scale kitchen or bathroom renovations or additions
Roofing, gutters, or any work above the first story on the exterior of the home
Rodding or cleaning sewer lines or backups
Hot water heater installations
Furnace or A/C installations
Emergency or on-call services
Appliance repair or installation
Wallpaper installation

However, we believe that it’s important to be upfront and transparent about the services we do and don’t offer, to ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of what to expect when they work with us. Although we do not generally provide free in-person estimates, we can quote pricing at no charge for most requests when photos are submitted via text or email. We specialize in smaller jobs that typically take a few hours to one day to complete, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for the lowest price possible, we may not be the right fit for you. However, if you appreciate quality workmanship and want to invest in maintaining your home or property, we’d love to chat with you and see if we can help.
 
We understand that it can be difficult to estimate the cost of a handyman job without seeing it in person. That’s why we offer a few different options for getting an idea of what your project might cost. If you have photos of the work you’d like to be done, we can usually provide either a flat fee or an hourly rate with a rough estimate of how long we expect the job to take. 
 
For larger, multi-day projects, we do provide detailed proposals and estimates. To do this, we charge a fee of $125 upfront to cover the time it takes to visit the property, meet with you, review the scope of work, price out materials, verify details, and provide a professional proposal via email. If you decide to move forward with the project, this fee can be applied towards the final cost. We hope this helps to make the process of getting an estimate for your handyman needs a little easier and more transparent.
